How does Nichola cope with all these challenges and more Each episode in the series follows Nichola and her ever-growing catering company as they take on the usual last minute and sometimes extraordinary requests and challenges of cooking and serving up award-winning sumptuous food for their important clients. The series sees Nichola and her team catering for her hero Jamie Oliver and the entire crew on his promotional video set; one of her favourite bands Madness at their big Butlins music gig in the west country; top fashion designer Sophie Hulme and her bevvy of models at Paris Fashion Week and creating mouthwatering and innovative dishes for a celebrity private Christmas party hosted by eco rock chick Jo Wood amongst other exciting and occasionally emotional engagements.
